The Brief
Refresh the current app. Create a desirable app and look at the current flows and redesign if necessary. Reason for this, is because, when the app was originally built the design was, a secondary task and majority of the pages were designed by the development team, even some of the text on the buttons were written by developers. That posed a problem because majority of the buttons didn't make sense.
